The post is about the start menu, so bringing up candy crush and the fact you can strip down and remove other components such as Xbox, Candy crush and the likes, while valid do not address the question. There is a way to control that without resorting to third-party solutions like Classic Shell. These are company computers, Candy Crush should not even be visible.
It is obvious that one can function without using the Start Menu, that really isn't the issue.
