LUMERIS : I don't find them very fun to play but boy they are strong. There is a great potential with the slave and deleption mecanics, but for the moment being full militarist appears to be much weaker than partially like with the United Empire or Vodyani. Their Ai is always crushed by someone else because they colonise slower than others and don't tend to develop well enough compared to other factions. Their aggressive playstyle and depletion bonuses are really fun to play with though. While played by AI they tend to survive by allying themselves with a strong Lumeris, Unfallen or Riftborn.ĬRAVERS : I find them very weak. I don't find them that fun to play because you tend to stay isolated building your way to science victory but that's a playstyle some may like and i respect that.
The faction for newcomers, easy to play and very good in their domain : science. What do you think of each major faction gameplay wise? It could be good to differentiate the "strong" from the "fun" and giving feedbacks on what could be improved.įor example I find the Lumeris strong but not that fun to play.
